Lemongrass naturally contains a healthy variety of antioxidants as well as iron, calcium, and vitamin C. In addition to creating a soothing herbal tea, lemongrass also provides antibacterial and anti-fungal properties when used as an herbal soap or salve.*

We recommend consuming lemongrass as a tea. Pour 1 c. boiling water over 1-3 teaspoons and allow to steep at least 5 minutes.
