Olive oil has been used in skincare for thousands of years for good reason. Not only does it contain antioxidants, it is anti-inflammatory, contains vitamins A, D, K, and E, and protects against premature aging and free radical and sun damage. It also contains properties that promote skin hydration.

Use the oil as a moisturizer anywhere on skin, and to help remove stubborn makeup (eye makeup removal with this oil is not recommended).
