Lemon Balm is a member of the mint family and has been used since the Middle Ages to relieve the effects of indigestion and stress, promote good sleep, improve appetite, and more. When ingested, lemon balm may help to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, aid in sleep disorders (including insomnia), boost cognitive function, relieve indigestion, aid in reducing menstrual cramps, and help fight headaches.

Our herbal teas ship in a muslin drawstring pouch and weigh .5 ounces.

For tea, steep 1 tsp of lemon balm in hot water.
