Lemon Basil has been used in Southern Asia cuisine for centuries and contains anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, as well as high levels of vitamin K. It also contains minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, and manganese. Lemon Basil can be used in salad dressings, soups, rice, and linguini, and also pairs well with salads, desserts, chicken, duck, and fish.
