Tulsi Basil (also known as holy basil) is renowned for its many health benefits. Containing vitamins A and C, chlorophyll, zinc, calcium, and iron, tulsi basil also aids in reducing stress, sleeplessness, forgetfulness, and more. If that isn’t enough for you, tulsi basil is also anti-inflammatory, adaptogenic, antimicrobial, and contains antioxidant properties. Traditional uses of the herb have shown its usefulness in treating the cold and flu, fever, earache, bronchitis, and other viral illnesses.

We recommend consuming tulsi basil as a tea. Brew 2-3 tsp in boiling water and allow to steep for 5-6 minutes.
