Our Unwind loose leaf tea blend combines Rooibos, Passion Flower, Lemon Balm, Holy Basil, and Lavender to create a soothing and relaxing cup of tea.

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea per 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes (or longer if you want a stronger brew).
